
Kayseri Airport – New Domestic & International Terminal
Modern Air Distribution & Airflow Control Solutions for a New-Generation Airport
The Kayseri Airport New Terminal Project represents a major modernization of the city’s aviation infrastructure, significantly expanding both passenger capacity and operational facilities.
The project includes a new 51,000 m² domestic and international terminal building, designed to increase the airport’s annual passenger capacity from 2.5 million to 6 million passengers.
As part of the development, a new 90,000 m² apron with 9 aircraft parking positions and 6 passenger boarding bridges was constructed. The investment also includes a 24,000 m² multi-storey car park with a capacity of 631 vehicles, together with an ARFF building, power center, apron barrier building, entrance control facilities, additional taxiways, infrastructure works and baggage handling systems.
Gerhman contributed to the project with a comprehensive range of air distribution and airflow control solutionsdesigned to meet the comfort, efficiency and operational requirements of modern airport terminals.
The Gerhman scope included NOVA+ diffusers, BLUE-S control dampers, VAV 3000 Grand variable air volume units, CAV constant air volume units and KAPPA air distribution products.
