Altunizade Suites İstanbul, Curio Collection by Hilton is a premium hospitality development located in Üsküdar on İstanbul’s Asian side, developed and constructed by CCN Holding and opened in July 2025.

Covering a total area of 27,950 m², the project combines contemporary architecture, high-end hospitality and advanced building technologies under Hilton’s distinctive Curio Collection brand.

The project reflects a holistic design approach with a strong focus on sustainability. Within the scope of its LEED v4 BD+C: New Construction Gold certification, water and energy efficiency, the use of low-emission materials, and an interior design strategy centered on maximizing natural daylight were prioritized.

By integrating environmental performance with occupant comfort, the development has been designed to deliver long-term operational efficiency, enhanced indoor environmental quality and lasting value.

Gerhman contributed to the project with HVAC air distribution and airflow control solutions, supporting the high standards of thermal comfort, indoor air quality and energy-efficient operation required for a premium hospitality environment.
