Blue-S – volume control damper

Volume control dampers type ‘Blue-S’, are used for air volume and pressure control. They are made out of galvanized steel sheet. Damper gears and bearings are produced out of ABS plastic. Damper can be operated manually or equipped with electric actuator (24V or 230V) with or without position indicator.

Design

• Blue-S units are made from sheet steel frame and Aluminium profile blades.
• The frame has 20-25-30-35 mm wide flanges options.
• The aerofoil blades are from extruded aluminium.
• The blades are optionally equipped by rubber gaskets eliminating leakage in closed position.
• Opposed  blade operation
• Casing air leakage according to EN1751, class C
• Open/close, continuous, fast acting and spring return actuators  options
• Operation: Δpmax = 1000 Pa; tmax = 70 °C
