High-Ceiling Air Distribution with LYNX Linear Jet Diffusers

Located in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, Jawharat Mall is a major commercial and retail development by Arabian Centres (Cenomi), with a total project area of approximately 284,025 m².

The project was constructed by Lynx Contracting, a Grade #1 Saudi construction company, and forms part of Cenomi’s large-scale retail development portfolio.

Gerhman contributed to the project with LYNX Linear Jet Diffusers, providing engineering and product-selection support for the mall’s large-volume air distribution requirements.

LYNX Air Distribution Solution

Large shopping malls require effective air delivery across high ceilings, wide circulation areas and large open volumes.

The GERHMAN LYNX Linear Jet Diffuser was selected to provide controlled, directional and long-distance air distribution while maintaining architectural integration within the interior design.

The adjustable air discharge characteristics of LYNX allow the airflow trajectory to be adapted according to installation height, airflow rate, throw distance and thermal operating conditions.

Gerhman supported the project with engineering calculations and product selection to optimize the LYNX configuration for the required areas.

Engineering Outcome

The use of GERHMAN LYNX Linear Jet Diffusers provided a high-level air distribution solution combining long throw, directional airflow control and architectural integration for the large-volume spaces of Jawharat Mall Jeddah.
