ROMANIA, TARGU MURES EMERGENCY COUNTY CLINICAL HOSPITAL

Healthcare HVAC & Fire Safety Solutions

The Targu Mures Emergency County Clinical Hospital is a major healthcare development in Romania commissioned by the Ministry of Health of Romania.

With a total area of approximately 23,535 m², the project includes a 15-bed Burn Center, 25 operating rooms and a 57-bed Anesthesia and Intensive Care Unit (AICU), together with blood transfusion and sterilization units and a heliport.

Designed according to the NZEB – Nearly Zero Energy Building standard, the hospital requires precise control of airflow, pressure, temperature and humidity, together with comprehensive fire and smoke protection.

Gerhman supplied an integrated range of HVAC solutions including WK25 fire dampers, WH25 smoke control dampers, CAV-HP and VAV airflow controllers, humidification units, grilles, diffusers and BLUE-S dampers.

The Gerhman solution combines fire & smoke safety, precise airflow control, humidity management and effective air distribution for critical healthcare environments while supporting the project’s energy-efficiency objectives.
