Developed on a 15.63-hectare site<\/strong>, the hospital has approximately 83,278 m\u00b2 of enclosed construction area<\/strong> and a total capacity of 762 beds<\/strong>, comprising 570 main hospital beds and an additional 192-bed capacity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The medical complex includes 24 operating rooms and 26 outpatient clinics<\/strong>, together with modern patient rooms, clinical departments and supporting medical facilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Designed around patient comfort and efficient healthcare delivery, the campus also incorporates social and public areas including conference facilities, caf\u00e9s, restaurants and children’s play areas<\/strong>, as well as outdoor parking for 534 vehicles<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Large multidisciplinary hospitals require HVAC systems capable of responding to very different environmental conditions across operating theatres, patient rooms, outpatient clinics, treatment areas and public spaces<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Air distribution must therefore be designed around the specific requirements of each zone, with particular consideration given to airflow control, indoor air quality, thermal comfort, pressure relationships and hygienic operation<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Gerhman contributed HVAC solutions and engineering support for the project, supporting the development of a controlled and comfortable indoor environment across this large-scale healthcare facility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Project:<\/strong> Turkistan City Hospital Integrated Healthcare Infrastructure for a Modern Medical Campus Located in the Turkistan Region of southern Kazakhstan, Turkistan City Hospital is a large-scale healthcare development designed under a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) model to provide modern multidisciplinary medical services for the region.
